Amanda is a great listener but even better at getting to the crux of your issue. She has helped me more in 2.5 years, than the past cumulative 35 years of therapy. She helped me get through the hardest part of life; I lost my sense of self. I still have a lot of work to do, but I have found myself again in a different variation. Yet, very much me. As she will say, 'I did all the work, she helped guide me'. She is an excellent guide.
