IUD
My IUD appointment was traumatic in 2020. I was prescribed no medication to prep the cervix nor pain medication. I was experiencing severe cramping that day due to having my period. The severe cramping was one of the reasons I was getting the IUD. Without any medication, my cervix was clamped shut and I experienced severe stabbing pain as they try to insert the IUD. They were unable to do so.

Amanda Clements was my primary care PA at Dr. Tracey Brennan's office and I fully intend to switch my OBGYN care over to see Amanda. She is so relatable and friendly. She doesn't look down on you for weight struggles or current health issues, she genuinely wants to help you get through them and come up with solutions. We would trade Pinterest recipes and she even gave me a breakfast bar once to try in office that she loved. She's more than a doc - can't say enough good about her!
