She’s the best!
She’s great. Every time I see her I leave feeling heard and informed, which in my experience, is not an easy thing to find! Her attention to detail and bedside manner are seriously top notch… The thing is….The front desk situation is a complete circus. It seems like every appointment comes with some sort of misinformation, confusion, and chaos. The main front desk lady is flat out combative. In almost every interaction I have with her, and in the interactions I see her have with other patients. Just combative…. But this does reflect just how great of a caregiver A. Underwood is! Getting seen is kind of a nightmare. But once you see her you leave feeling like it was worth it lol.

Amanda & Luam are the best! I started going to H.H. when I had no insurance. It was affordable for me. I now and have been for several years covered by insurance. I have chosen to continue to go to H.H. because of the excellent care. Thank you all for making me feel so comfortable.
