I could not have asked for a better experience with Amanda. She has been my care giver for several years. She is very personable and concerned, caring and gives the time to cover all the questions and always a follow-up later.

I appreciated the time PA Amanda Laatsch spent to answer any questions and concerns that I had. My first ever was a horrible colonoscopy that I had (15+ yrs ago) was a horrible experience (at United Hosp) and I said I would never get another one. Amanda assured me that MNGI had caring providers and any concerns I had would be taken into consideration.

A. Laatsch provided very vague, unclear instructions for bowel cleanse. I had to do online research, then write a message on the portal for better explanation. Too much work was required on my and because her instructions were too vague.
