I didn't talk to Amanda Burns personally but her secretary was very rude and hung up on me 3 times while I was trying to reschedule an appointment that was missed. She kept trying to lecture me about an appointment my wife had scheduled and I wasn't aware of. When I told her I understand that and I want to reschedule so I can get off the phone, she hung up because I didn't want to here her repeat what she'd already said more than once. I had to call from Mr daughter's phone because she kept hitting the button that hangs up on you. I'll take my business elsewhere. And someone else can receive my business. I didn't get to reschedule the appointment for my niece because she hung up. Nothing against Dr. Burns but her secretary is going to make her lose business with her unprofessional behavior. You shouldn't argue with clientele even if I was at fault, which I wasn't. The star rating is not against the doctor herself, I wouldn't recommend people having to deal with a secretary that's rude.
