Amber was not prepared to handle a high conflict case. Very inappropriate in emailing at all hours of the night. Expected responses to 2 or 3 emails sent at one time but refused to answer questions emailed to her. Did not listen to the parent or aid the parent in discussing false beliefs the child held, even after being asked to. Allowed very volatile sessions that did not resolve any issues. Very unhappy and would not recommend for this type of therapy
