I knew I had found the right person in amber when we first spoke over the telephone. She immediately offered a face-to-face which proved her desire to make me feel important. I was not doing this for myself or I would never have put on the weight. Amber has never failed to connect with me weekly. This has kept me on track & focused even through the holidays when I was off-program. She has allowed me to tailor the program Medifast to my needs and lifestyle. Doing wonderfully!
