She was very pretentious, did not listen to my concerns and walked out without answering my concerns . She is an embarrassment to the practice with her lack of professionalism and attitude.

She was very rude and condescending. My first appointment was great and my follow up appointment was terrible. She offered no suggestions for skin care and assured me my skin was incurable.

Friendly, knowledgeable and and has a great personal demeanor.

I had developed a couple of dark moles over the winter months and wanted to have them looked at. CPN Ami gave me a full body check up and removed the two moles for biopsy. She was very gentle. I felt nothing. I highly recommend her for what I had done.

Don't go to this practice if you have complicated psoriasis. I wasted time and money going to this practice. I'm returning to my former dermatologist who will treat me with the proper care. WhenI called this practice to schedule an appointment, I specifically told them I needed to be seen by a QUALIFIED DERMATOLOGIST because my psoriatic disease is quite complicated. Unfortunately, they didn't listen to me and instead scheduled me with a nurse practitioner who prescribed topical medications which I'd previously had severe adverse reactions with. This same nurse practitioner suggested Otezla at that same appointment. But when she didn't respond to any of my messages, I wrote to Dr Rupert and made her aware of the situation. This was less than two weeks after my initial appointment. Dr Rupert said I'd have to be seen again if I wanted to be prescribed Otezla. I've wasted enough time and money and didn't want to risk not being cared for appropriately a second time.
