I had three scheduled appointments with Amie Eipers for a bariatric surgery psychological evaluation, and none of them were completed. One was canceled due to a pet death, one was completely forgotten with no reminder, and in the last one, I waited over 20 minutes in the Zoom room without any notice. When she finally replied, it was with an excuse about a plumbing issue. This process felt disorganized and disrespectful of my time, especially since this evaluation is essential for my surgery approval. I would not recommend her to anyone who needs reliable care.
