Poor Quality of Care
Amy was ver dismissive of my case. I have a rare disease and have never experienced as poor of care as I did with her. Although she gave me ample time, she didn’t take the time to actively listen to how concerned I was about my symptoms and appeared very unbothered about me and questioned why I was at the appointment. When I asked detailed questions about my prognosis she responded with contradictory statements that went against all other literature and research. Would not recommend if you have a complex case and are in need of attentive care.

This was a new patient appointment. Ms Alberts was thorough and pleasant. My only hiccup was the appointment was changed twice beyond the original date/time set because she was assisting in surgery.
