I Love Amy, she has been my practitioner since I moved here 2 yrs ago. She listens and is on point with answers to any and all questions I have ask.

She’s a ver knowledge. She has helped me through some rough times. She is very kind and I appreciate what she does to help me.

Amy is very "down to earth" and knowledgeable, however the office staff now that she is in Eastman is atrocious to say the least. First, it is the telephone number..."changed to a non-published number..."? When you do arrive at the office and notify the front office staff of your arrival, again, they rudely tell you that "she's not in this building." When told "Amy Cravey is on the outside sign, as well as the wall," you're told, "yea, we hear that all the time." Problem 3: unnecessary office visits. My husband was told that he had to return in 6 months, even though in Cochran he was on an annual schedule. Problem 4: Blood work LOST... yet, they asked if he "could pay...$100. CASH.." he has insurance... Problem 5/6: Insurance EOB shows claim was made for date of service he "paid for," yet he still owes... Again, Amy is very kind, but DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME... THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED to happen.

She is sweet, but she changes locations every week. She doesnt follow up, takes FOREVER to get a prior approval. She always blames someone else. She is gonna kill someone with all medicines she pokes at EVERYONE. ITS SICKENINGI
