Amy Browning, PA-C

I was very disappointed by both Amy’s professionalism and her attitude. She was unkind, impatient, and seemed rather uninformed. I would not recommend Amy to others, especially if your medical situation is serious. She seemed ready to get me out the door as soon as I sat down.

Went in for a spot on my face that was previously treated for cancer as well as new concerns. I also needed my eczema on feet looked at because it was severe and getting harder to walk due to open sores and extreme itching. I have been with this establishment as a patient of another PA that has recently left but they made me start all over like a new patient. I have a carry a gene for skin cancer. CDKN2A. I waited for 45 min before the Dr came in. She literally spent less than 5 min with me and told me spots were blood vessels that needed cosmetic procedures. This absolutely felt like an “upsell”. Also the assistant came in and gave me an ultimatum. She said since I am a new patient, (which I absolutely am not) I’ve been going here for at least 2 years, she said I had to choose which problem I wanted Amy Browning to look at. So I had to choose between possible melanoma on my face or treating my eczema that is getting worse and making it difficult to walk due to open wounds. I was told by the assistant that they only were allowed to spend 10 minutes with me. Lady at front desk was also sick and coughing. Amy was very rushed didn’t even consider any options or diagnosing except to upsell me for cosmetic treatments

Amy Browning has been my dermatologist for years, successfully diagnosing several issues even before biopsy. I have found her to be very professional but caring.

My appointment with Amy was very rushed. It was like she really didn't have time for me. Was not interested in any of my concerns. Would never recommend her to anyone.

Amy was very professional in the work she did - it was painless. Several times she checked to insure I was not in pain.
