I saw Amy Hanford for my annual physical a few days ago. She was very attentive, took the time to answer all my questions and recommend several treatment options. She also followed up with me about urgent issues in a timely manner. She made me feel cared for. I highly recommend Amy.

Glad to know I’m not the only one who thought she was rude, condescending, and dismissive. Giant waste of time going to see this “doctor”.

I wish I could her 0 stars. She is very unprofessional and as soon as she see you have any mental health issues she has no interest in helping you. She down talked me the hole time and in a around about way told me I was faking my symptoms before examining me or even touching me. I have never has such a bad experience in my life. I really hope she will be fired because the way she treats people isn't right.

She was very rude, argumentative and dismissive about a lump found in my breast. When asked about getting an actual diagnosis she got defensive and acted as though I was not in my right to ask for one. Her demeanor was definitely condescending as stated by a previous reviewer. With a very unpleasant tone she said : “Well I’ll write you a referral but your insurance probably won’t cover it.” Given my situation- rather than ease my anxiety she has become a source of it. There was no need to be mean to your patient and making them feel little and even more anxiety just because you had a bad day or are not content in your role. A little kindness could change your outcome. I am disappointed with the quality of care I received and would not recommend her.
