Dr. Hicks was extremely thorough and very informative. Within the first few minutes of our appointment it was evident that she is extremely intelligent and well informed in her field. As far as doctors visits go it was one of the best experiences we have ever had with one of our children. She listened to our concerns, brought new information to light, tied in other issues that we never would have connected otherwise and gave us the answers we needed. In addition to hearing us out and providing us with detailed answers, we left with a plan to implement. 10 out of 10.

Amy was incredible with my daughter today. She was so attentive, listened to everything we had to say and really took her time to understand our situation and come up with a plan for us. She was also very caring and engaging during the testing itself, which helped make a stressful situation run much more smoothly. I feel confident that my daughter’s allergies will finally get better under her care.

Dr Hicks was very good with my Special needs child.. I would recommend her.... I am very pleased with how well her and her nurses treated him..

She is just the best . She takes her time to make sure everyone in the room understands and agrees with the plan of care. She thinks of the bigger picture. She thinks of what prescribing a med will look in the home for the child and chooses the option available that makes the most sense and will foster a better compliance and willingness on the child to take the needed med. She also gives you a feel of a personal connection. My daughter literally loves seeing her!! My daughters asthma worsened overnight on call got us through the night the office got us right into seeing her the next early afternoon and because of their availability it saved us from having to but my daughter through an urgent care of ER situation.

Amy Hicks, all the nurses and front desk ladies are amazing! We love them. They are always so nice, friendly and attentive. They are always quick to help and answer any and all questions we have.

My daughter has never liked a doctor as quickly and easily as she did with Amy Hicks. She was great at helping us to take better control of my daughters allergies, providing so much helpful knowledge about what to do in our home as well and not just about medications. She has been on top of her continued condition and worked with us to adjust her meds and environment as needed. Her staff has always been pleasant and curteous! We see her Naples staff very frequently for allergy injections and have always been welcomed with smiles and been treated with respect! Ms. Amy really cares and not only is that apparent as a parent but my daughter has picked up on that and can feel it too and it really makes a difference!
