I was bit by a cat that recently came to the household by way of being dumped. We took the cat to the Vet for care. Was bit the same day. Provider never asked if the cat was up to date on shots, or if it was healthy ..... Providers use to ask questions, GET A HISTORY. She did listen to my heart and lungs like that was important and perhaps padded the medical bill.
