She answered all my questions, explained everything in layman’s terms and was so kind and compassionate. She’s the best!

I had a scheduled appointment for 5/4/2020. It was moved up to 3/30/2020 and I was called by Jennifer to move my appointment forward, so I called to confirm and got the answering service that I would accept that appointment. The answering service did pass the message along to Jennifer, but she took the day off and didn’t pick up the message and that appointment was given away. So today I showed up for my appointment and was advised that I had no appointment. So for my appointment that I had a week ago it was to be virtual but the assistant or whoever didn’t pass the message on to the Doctor and now here is another screw up by the administration staff AGAIN. So I have wasted two trips and has because of your support staff. FIX your staff...or is the testing worth it or not.

Dr. Amy Knapp is an excellent neuropsychologist, but her staff is unbearable. Her assistant in charge of appointments whom I will call "D" is so rude and disorganized. Twice she arbitrarily canceled my appointments. The first time she left a message and it took over an hour of my time to tell her I had to keep the appointment I made 2 months ago. The second time I called to change an appointment and she canceled it without telling me. Another wasted hour of my time. I will NEVER go there again.

Dr. Knapp was patient, thorough, explained everything to my son in terms that we could both understand. She made us feel like he was the only patient she had that day. Her report was so well written and concise. We would recommend her again and again. She has a gentle, but straight forward bedside manner, and even delivered negative information in a way that gave us understanding and hope. Dr. Knapp is not only a wonderful and trustworthy doctor, she is a great person!
