Insensitive and inflexible
I am a stage 4 cancer patient. I had to cancel my daughter appointment twice due to my own health issues. I was told they lost to much billable time due to cancelations and their policy was to deny services after twice.

Insensitive and Unprepared
Referred by my PCP. At time of scheduling I filled out several pages of forms which I assumed would be reviewed prior to my appt as it covered my history extensively. At my appt I learned Dr. Meidinger had not reviewed anything in the numerous forms I was required to fill out prior to the appt. While I understand reviewing and confirming information with the patient, the appt should not be the first time you're viewing it. After stating why I had scheduled the appt I was asked about my grades. With this I was told having good grades likely excludes ADHD, and I was a very anxious person. After this statement it was made clear discussing my symptoms and concerns was not a priority. I explained my symptoms and asked for advice. I was again told I seemed to be just an anxious person, but I could pay $4k+ if I wanted to get testing done. After just 15 minutes I left in tears. What's worse, this was out-of-network, and after finding a better fit elsewhere it turns out I do in fact have ADHD.

Rude and condescending. Felt like I was walking on eggshells when I saw her. She made the statement in her report that we visited too many counselors showing her ignorance concerning Reactive Attachment Disorder. A court of law used her statement against us. She knows NOTHING about children and attachment disorders of adopted children.
