Late, unapologetic and doesn't take time

This provider does not want to hear what you think in going on with your child. She wants you accept her diagnosis without all the fluff of life getting in her way. She was also over 40min late and didn't say anything. The rest of her staff were great. They listened acknowledged the delay in getting and apologized for it. They were rockstars.
