Bizzarely unprofessional style. Reclines on couch during sessions which didn’t inspire much confidence in listening abilities. Had cancellation policy but refused to return phone calls & confirm the 1 time I tried to cancel. Didn’t even ask pronouns during intake, so not an affirming space for gender-nonconforming patients.
