She is completely unprofessional with her advice to patients. She has no expertise when dealing with Munchhausen syndrome or any other real problem you or your child may have. Amy is rude and condescending, and is only in this for some extra money. She is a disgrace to all real counselors. My child hated her the entire time for not seeing through what was going on and helping her. Safe to say we have found a REAL counselor, and things are much better. We wasted thousands of dollars on nothing.
