Judgmental and Rude. AVOID HER AT ALL COST.

Ms. Pharr did not meet any of the expectations I had for a first time client. First off, she was very judgemental about the medication I have been on from my previous provider. She told me that the only reason anyone should ever have to take alprozalem is if i've been in a car accident or if I roll over in bed and my spouse is dead. I couldn't make this up if I tried. I am more than willing to do what I need to do to transition into a new provider but I refuse to be judged and have my previous care judged the way she was doing so. Interactions like this scare me but for others. Luckily, I'm in a place where my mental health is managed and I was able to process all of this with my spouse and use my tools to cope. I even called, who i guess is her supervisor to talk about it and he was defensive, rude, and dismissive. This is not the way a mental

Terrible generic one size fits all bs. Just ripping people off and ruining peoples health not to mention extremely judgmental. Shovelfuls t be so quick to judge when you yourself have a record of breaking the law and abusing drugs. Just look for yourself

My virtual appointment was scheduled fairly quickly. I was sent a questionnaire to fill out, which I assumed was to jump start the conversations. My first visit was about 10-25 minutes, in which she asked for my height and weight and gave me a prescription. She said someone else from the office would be contacting me to schedule regular appointments, but no one did. I had my second (and last) visit with her two weeks later. I told her no one had contacted me and I hadn’t started taking any medication because I wanted to actually speak with someone for a real visit. She sent my info to the other person again and told me that I would need to schedule my own follow up appointment once I started taking the medication because it’s apparently a waste of everyone’s time unless I was taking it. She also told me to make sure I go to the ER if I feel like killing myself. So in total I spoke to her for about 15-20 minutes and she was the coldest therapist I’ve ever dealt with. I’m not opposed to taking medication if it’s necessary, but I also expected to have a real conversation first so I could be involved in the discussion. If you’re looking for quick prescriptions, she might be a good fit for you.
