I've been a patient for a couple of years and I'm done! Amy is a nice person, and I am sure she means well, but that is not an excuse for absolute incompetence. I am scarcely ill and it's a good thing because she screws up minor things ...every...time...I...am...in! It's not hard to sign an insurance form or get your refill dosage right on medications you've been taking for 10+ years. A lack of being able to attend to details can get someone killed in the healthcare field!

Amy actually listens to what you have to say about your complaint. She meets you in the middle with treatment options if the patient is jumping too far ahead without ruling out more common problems. The fact that she was a nurse makes me respect and listen to her more because I'm a retired nurse and she has excellent bedside manner!
