Amy Theall, PMHNP-BC

Amy works in two clinics that are right next to each other. One clinic has a longer waiting period for appointments than the other. In my time of need I was scheduled quickly at the clinic with more appointment availability. Amy was very attentive during my appointment with her. My difficulties were addressed in a timely and caring manner. Amy truly cares for her patients and their needs. The staff is always friendly which is a plus. Thank you Amy...

Amy Theall is a wonderfully kind person when you visit in office. She's compassionate and understanding and very knowledgeable about meds. Unfortunately that doesn't extend to late patients. I see Amy for meds that require seeing her to refill, but are not supposed to be cut off cold turkey, due to withdrawal symptoms that can cause death. That being said, I had my car impounded right before my appt, and was late by 7 minutes (I was in line at the 6 minute mark but not checked in yet). Her cutoff is a hard 6 minutes. When I checked in, I was told that I couldn't get my meds filled, and I'd have to resched. That next appt wasn't available for almost 2 months. I had to cold turkey my meds until then, because she refused to fill them. When my appt finally came around, Amy Theall wasn't in the office. So I had to resched another month out, and again couldn't get my meds filled. I experienced severe withdrawal and have since relapsed waiting for My appts.
