Dr. Tomashefski was my Nurse Practitioner at NEON. She has recently left. The good ones never stay for very long at Collinwood NEON. She was successful in helping me with her first diagnosis and treatment with a medical problem I had been having for years. She is truly knowledgeable. And she made me feel like her only patient during my appointments. I never felt rushed and there were times when we had in depth discussions. I have had one visit to Collinwood NEON since she has left and it was exactly what I expected. I waited 1 1/2 hours in the exam room before my Doctor even came in. I definitely felt rushed and after all of that waiting, the Doctor hadn't even looked at my history. She knew nothing about me and never turned the computer on to find out.
