The front desk staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous. And the COVID safety protocols were reassuring. Lots of stylish frames to browse, as well. For the exam itself, I was having trouble with the test (the first time that’s ever happened to me after many years of eye exams) and I definitely felt pressured. I would have appreciated more patience and a friendlier tone.
