Fantastic- empathetic, intelligent and down to earth approach! I have worked with several therapists over the years, and Amy is by far my favorite! She finds the perfect balance between accountability and empathy. I highly suggest her - even if you don't feel like you "need" therapy, her realistic, down-to-earth approach can help you build better life skills- something everyone can benefit from!

I have been on my journey for 5 years now and have worked with countless therapists and even therapy with Psychiatrists. Amy is by far THE BEST I have EVER worked with and I have made more progress with her in less than one year than I have made in my entire journey with multiple professionals. She is truly top of the line at what she does and I have never experienced that before. She is compassionate, thoughtful, wise, and she is brilliant at helping you make breakthroughs. I have been seeing Amy consistently now and I literally leave every session with incredible takeaways. When I utilize the tools and guidance she provides in session and I apply that at home - it works. She is also objective and pragmatic and I know every session she is listening to me, hearing me, and then we make actions plans. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
