After many years of not recognizing the real background into my situation, I found Amy. She helped me to realize that so many things I had never considered had been playing into my life. It has been a great experience to finally begin to understand how to change the process. And while it may not happen overnight, we have made great strides in understanding and dealing with those things. I would recommend Amy to anyone, she is kind, compassionate, and insightful.

I cannot praise Amy Waugh more based on my personal therapeutic interactions with. It was the most honest and fruitful mental health relationship I encountered in my recovery. Her compassionate, insightful,but no-nonsense approach allowed me to steadily progress toward my goals.
