Amazing Individual with a heart of gold !
Just changed my PCP due to medical needs and Ana is the assigned social worker for my new provider. She spent an hour just to know more about myself and my special needs due to my age and physical limitations. She handled herself with great professionalism and is very patient and understanding to all my concerns. Looking forward to working with Ana as a contact person along with my new pcp for medical care.
