There are not enough words to describe how wonderful Anastasia is and how tremendously helpful she's been in my journey. I sought her for help dealing with chronic pain, which she specializes in. She is incredibly empathetic -- she listens and truly cares. She also equips you with tools to overcome or manage whatever it is you're going through. A++ therapist!

I find Anastasia to be incredibly compassionate and a would highly recommend her to anyone in search of a counselor. She is an active listener who lets you know that you have been heard. The level of trust needed to make a counseling relationship work cannot be overstated. Anastasia earns that trust.

Anastasia is an incredibly empathetic and encouraging counselor. She takes time to really understand where a person is coming from and then guide them toward their goals. I am grateful to have had her in my life.

I find her witty, compassionate, and skillful in teaching me and guiding me through the many twists and turns of life. But, most of all... I think she is a good, non-judgemental listener and sometimes that is the most beneficial skill in today's day and age. I've come to get to know her, believe in her, and trust in her, enough to become my guide. And, that has taken me quite sometime to develop... because it can be a bumpy road with all that I have going on in my life. The process, at times, is bumpy by nature... you just got to find the right person to through it with. And, Ms. Bean is my choice!

By far, Anastasia is the best counselor or psychologist I’ve ever seen. She is incredibly knowledgeable about Chronic Pain & Chronic Illnesses, as well as alcoholism, codependency & abusive people. If I ever moved I would do everything in my power to continue seeing her. I’ve grown & continue to learn more about myself through her help, guidance and support. She’s amazing and very highly regarded in many support groups in town. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANASTASIA.
