Andrea was my absolute last resort when I relocated to TX. And I’m so glad I committed to my healing journey with her. The work she does cannot be quantified as far as my life goes. She’s taught me so much about myself & shown me how to care for myself in more ways than I realized I needed. Andrea is a literal God send & I cannot sing her praises enough. She’s a complete sweetheart with so much patience & I will work with you even when you feel like you don’t have the strength to move forward or do the work. Andrea helped me to understand the many parts of myself that I had not consciously taken stock of. She explained everything to me so well and guided me along. She really understood my perspectives and I didn’t have to over explain or work hard to make sure I was understood. She just got it all even when I lacked the words! Her space is very comforting contributing to therapeutic well being during the sessions. Was a great experience to get help with what I was going through.

I have suffered from depression, anxiety and ptsd for 45 years. I have received much therapy, anti-depressants and various other treatments with little or no relief. Andrea Addie gave me a solution for understanding and truly healing my past trauma. She gave me the tools to process and unburden those parts of me through IFS(Internal family system). This technique, ultimately helped me to love and accept the many parts of me I used to hide, or think were negative. But it’s all good!I am so grateful now that I love and care for myself for the first time as an adult. I cope a lot better in life and continue the work, daily.
