Andrea Black is a very dedicated individual. My husband and I feel blessed to have her as our physician. Wish more doctors are like her. Very caring and she listens to you when you speak a bout how you feel. Works up a plan to help alleviate your pain.

I am very grateful for Andrea and her help understanding and managing my pain. She has vastly helped to improve my quality of life. I hope to be able to see her for many years to come.

I have been going to Sierra Neuro Surgery for about eight years. I’ve had several surgeries and do pain management often on. I’ve seen Andrea Black for quite some time. She has always been very attentive, caring, and always listens to what’s going on. If something is not working in your treatment plan, she will work together with you. And give you other options and help you decide what’s best for you and try other treatments till you find something that works. She never rushes and spent as much time is needed with you. I highly recommend her. She is so tender hearted and caring.

I have been seeing PA Andrea Black for more than a year now. I have a life long rare condition called Ehlers Danlos. I have previously had many surgeries on my spine & joints prior to being genetically diagnosed. Andrea Blake is Dr Jacob Blake’s PA! He is a kind and caring provider! Andrea is precise, down to earth, kind and caring. She listens to my concerns, we have a two way conversation. I listen to her advice and we both discuss how we move forward. I believe that together along with Dr Blake’s input, I am getting knowledgeable treatment that helps my situation in life. While what I have is incurable, I am receiving the help necessary to live the best life I can with the limitations I have. I cannot say enough positive things about PA Andrea Black. Both Andrea Black and Dr Jacob Blake truly care about helping me in my life’s journey to thrive the best I am able!

Dr Andrea Black is amazing. She’s everything I needed and wanted in a doctor. She’s willing to actually help me off these meds safely and willing to help me find WHY I’m in so much pain not just medicate the pain away. It’s incredible and so helpful and I’m so grateful. It was worth waiting four months to get in to see her. She’s kind and understanding. She spent so much time with me going over everything. Willing to offer me all the help I need to get off medication and help me find ways to control my pain other than opioids which is what I have asked my past three doctors all who increased me over 6 oxycodone a day. It’s the first time I’ve felt someone listen to me and understand me and felt that they were willing to truly help me and honest about the process and what I will go through and help me go through it. I’m truly forever grateful to Dr Black and I cannot wait to continue to work with her for as long as I need. I’m happy to be apart of sierra neurosurgery and have Dr Black!
