Andrea Davis is unprofessional. She asked me to send information about my child, which I did. Over 2 weeks, I repeatedly requested confirmation that she received my message, but she never responded. My child and I arrived at the appointment, and I asked her if she read the information, and she said, "I might have, but I can't remember." She then got mad at me for expecting her to have read it. She said, "I came in on a Friday for you!" Her poor communication and rudeness was shocking.
