Wonderful Nurse Practitioner who listens!
I was assigned to Andrea after my physician, who I had been seeing for over 20 years, moved to a different specialty within their practice. At first I was very upset as I had a very good relationship with my doctor and he knew my condition very well. After meeting Andrea I was put at instant ease. At one point there was actually a situation where there was miscommunication with her staff when I really needed to speak with her and no call was returned. I chose to reach out to her via e-mail, not knowing if it was appropriate, explained the situation and she immediately responded and it was taken care of. She’s a wonderful lady who cares and listens. More health care providers need to be like her!
