I waited a week for test results that I desperately needed in order to safely start IVF next week. Apparently doctors don’t like when you just accept that you “have to wait” and due to office mistakes (the CT scan came back inconclusive and told me I needed a test I already had) and miscommunication, I was upset and called multiple times asking about my test results. Apparently that was not okay and my emotions at the miscommunication was “unfair” enough to lead Andrea to say “listen, IVF is absolutely not crucial to your health. You don’t die if you can’t start IVF next week.” Which I was absolutely shocked to hear from a FEMALE DOCTOR, especially considering IVF may be banned in a few months. Just overall horrible bedside manner. I refuse to be treated by this NP.
