Due probably to the fact that she didn't have an assistant, she double-booked herself. What's worst is that she wouldn't even acknowledge that it was her mistake. Once I get into her office, she has me spend 10 minutes completing paperwork. Then, after another 10 minutes of conversation she informs me that she can't see me because I am a party to litigation.
