Andrea was amazing! I never write reviews but she was so welcoming, knowledgable and helpful, I had to! I came in with a lot of low back pain (Im 7 mo pregnant, so kind of expected). However, I was getting numbing and shooting pain that at times made it impossible to sit. She spent over an hour with me pin pointing which muscle she thought was to blame and massaged it and gave me specific exercises to strengthen it. It has helped SO so much already and Im excited to continue these exercises. LOVED Andrea. Definitely go see her!
