I went with a friend to an appointment. Whenever we asked a question she answered, “I’ll get to that.” Did not seem very caring and finally called Dr. Holder in after the second or third visit to consult when things were not improving. When I questioned her further she then said after biopsy results would refer to Madison if needed. Finally after going to Madison we got answers and they are treating my friend correctly now. Would only see Dr. Holder in the future. Not this provider. My friend, who does not speak good English, felt she took her more seriously when I came with her.
