Terribly unprofessional experience with Dr Alpar
When I attempted to accompany my son into the exam room, the doctor immediately became agitated and dismissive. He expressed his disdain for parents being present during examinations, calling them 'annoying' and stating they “get in the way and ask questions.' He said I clearly don’t listen because I brought a drink in with me, despite no one mentioning it earlier. I then decided to leave and find another doctor. However, Dr Alpar followed us to the checkout counter and continued to loudly berate me, pointing to a sign about no drinks. He continued yelling in front of staff, patients, and my son about how he has 40 years experience and this is why he doesn’t like working with parents. The doctor's disdain for parents and his aggressive behavior was unacceptable and are not conducive to a positive or safe experience. While the staff was kind and welcoming, the quiet apologies about his behavior are very telling that this is a regular occurrence.
