Dr. McKenzie helped me so much in understanding and navigating my emotions, allowing me to manage them independently. He was always very respectful, compassionate and made me feel comfortable and accepted.

Dr. McKenzie’s therapeutic techniques and approach were very effective in helping me move through a difficult trauma and phase in my life where I felt hopelessly stuck. Previous therapists seemed to give up on me & lose patience. Dr. McKenzie continously met me with an abundance of compassion, empathy & hope. I can not recommend Dr. McKenzie highly enough! I will forever remain grateful that I had the opportunity to work with him.

Dr. McKenzie is a very talented therapist with a wealth of experience. He has a very kind and unassuming nature, he is extremely knowledgable, he allowed me to move at a pace that was right for me, and he was very invested in helping me. I am so grateful to Dr. McKenzie for his committment to me and I feel me life has been much improved since beginning to see him. I would without hesitation recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding therapist.

I am not sure what the other reviewer is referring to, but I think Dr McKenzie is great. He is friendly and kind, and has an even-keeled perspective.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. McKenzie?
I had a terrible experience with Dr. McKenzie. He constantly projected his own insecurities including anxiety and depression onto his client. He constantly made judgments regarding his client and constantly imposed his own point of view onto the treatment process of his client. He was very judgmental and forced his preferred lifestyle onto his client. He is very controlling and has a huge ego that he feels threatened when anyone defies his commands and approach to treatment. He ruined my life.
