Consumer alert- Sometimes all we have are the referrals and recommendations of others. I’m the first to leave a great review but not hesitant to go back and update it for accuracy if need me. Went in for glasses last year. Paid over $400 with insurance not only did they produce a faulty product by inaccurate prescription, they messed up the glasses and the next attempt took almost 2 months. Finally cancelled and had to go through my bank and insurance carrier for refunds. Thankfully I’m licensed in medical billing and was able to contact the proper parties to initiate indemnification, however, I would highly advise sticking with the eye are center in a box as they have a policy and procedure and guidelines to follow. The other patients with similar complaints- aren’t so lucky. Eagle Eye should be embarrassed by their customer service and ability to produce a quality product. Vision works maybe the McDonalds of eye care centers, but they ultimately delivered the product.

The front desk was very welcoming when I first walked in. I barely had a chance to sit down before the doctor brought me back to begin my exam. Dr. Rothberg was very thorough and friendly and answered all of my questions.
