Waste of my time
Believe the low rating! Stay away. She would interrupt me and go on with her next question every time I try to provide an answer. She obviously is not interested in seeing a patient then why stay in practice. How can you provide an informed medical decision when you don’t even try to listen to your patients. I can’t wait to see my bill and see what she actually charge for doing absolutely nothing.

As a surgeon, maybe, but should NOT see patients!
She handed me my test results rife with medical jargon, giving no explanation. She shrugged when I told her of symptoms, and told me to get used to them. After 5 minutes she was talking to me from the doorway, as if she had somewhere far more important to be. Apparently, she’s a good surgeon, but do not expect any compassionate, bedside manner, or answers to questions. I will definitely not be seeing her again!

Very Rude Doctor, Unprofessional and Uneducated
I had a problem with my ears that were very painful and ringing and I lost all hearing. The ER couldn't help me at all. When I made the appointment, I told her office that I had covid 2 weeks prior and I told this doctor when she entered her office at my appointment. She came in her office and was like I don't understand why you are here. I said I have a very bad ear infection and lost all my hearing in my ear. She goes well you have covid. I said I had covid 2 weeks ago with no other symptoms. She goes I can't treat you; you have covid. This entire time she was at the entrance of her office, visually afraid to come near me. She took a look in my ear for a brief moment and told me nothing was wrong with my ear. Refused to hear what my issue was or explain to me why I lost complete hearing in my ear. She was very rude, You would think a medical professional would know that someone with covid is only contagious for the first 4 days of having covid. Very unprofessional and uneducated.

I had a Parotidectomy preformed by Dr Damiano. I have to say out of many surgeries at various hospitals, this was by far my best experience. Kudos WMC and Dr Damiano. My sutures look like they were placed by a plastic surgeon. The doctor is not a coddle and chatty type. She is cut and dry - which I prefer, I want a great doctor, not a friend. Her office staff are all friendly and very efficient. It your time matters and you are looking for a doctor who is skilled and spot on- you will be very happy here. If you feel the need to discuss your mundane tonsillectomy at age 6 in great detail every time you see her, and want a doctor to hold on to every word this might not be a match for you.

I like to meet someone first hand and then form an opinion. I'm glad I did in this case and found Dr. Damiano to be very pleasant, listen to my issues, recommend the right treatment and reassure me on all my concerns. She excused herself and came back after she took care of a phone call.

Dr. is extremely rough and not friendly at all. Did not fully listen to all issues. Gave no advice as to why I was having pain. Seemed annoyed to do test and then jams probe in my nose without warning and no numbing agent. shoves it down throat while im choking and shouts swallow. Extremely rough dr, seems exhausted, annoyed, bothered, extremely, ARROGANT. Will never see her again and am filing a complaint with the BBB. Such a rude dr!!! How is she still in practice . I'm not done reviewing her

Dr. Damiano's surgical expertise is of the highest caliber but her ability to coordinate and be concerned with arranging consultations with dentists, oncologists, cardiologists and hospital admitting staff that needed to be involved in my treatment is extraordinary. She not only explains everything she does but puts in context with the treatments provided by the other doctors. She is incredibly efficient , professional, caring and committed to providing the best possible care.

THIS IS THE WORST DOCTOR I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE. SHES COLD AND UNCARING. SHE HAS A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AND DOES NOT CONSIDER A PATIENTS PROBLEMS. SHE JUST GOES RIGHT OVER WHAT YOU SAY AND IS VERY DETERMINED TO GET HER WAY ONLY. CAN'T EXPLAIN ANYTHING TO HER AND HER HEARING ASSISTANT IS AFRAID OF HER. SHE IS NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE ANY INFO TO YOU UNTIL THE BOSS LADY SEES THE REPORT. AND YOU GET THE BUM'S RUSH BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR VISIT. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW SHE CONTINUES TO PRACTICE.

No personality No smile Did not listen to patient Not pt focused Never called in script as promised Took 2 days for return call re script by her assistant Did not instill confidence. Maybe she should leave pt care Made appt with another ENT who was likenight and day. Listened, explained all, genuinely concerned. Maybe Dr Damiano should go back to med school and learn Communication 101 I have contacted my PMD to inform him of this negative visit and suggest he refrain from referring to this
