Angela was my first therapist ever and I saw her 1xwk for over 2 years . She does cognitive behavioral therapy, eft, EMDR, minfullness and more. She helped me get the tools I needed to heal, grow and thrive after traumatic events in my life. I am forever grateful to this absolutely gifted therapist. She also has a nutition background and takes a holistic approach.
