My wife went to Cary Endocrine and Diabetes Center to see this doctor. With each interaction it was clear they have poor protocols. They wanted us to come in and pay co-pay in order to pick up a prescription. Told them to call it in instead. Went to pick up the Rx, and the pharmacy didn't receive it. When I called the doctor, they saw there was an error flag on the electronic order - they didn't even monitor if their prescriptions get to the pharmacy! Got it after two MD calls and being on hold
