While I previously had good service at the Ready Care clinic, Angela was bad enough to make me go get a real primary care provider. Despite medical guidelines to the contrary, she ignored my input on medications, and she never sat down to talk about my health concerns, instead standing over me and rushing through the visit in just a few minutes. When I asked for follow-up guidance on my next steps in care, she said that wasn't her role. Well, now I got a real PCP and I'm done with Ready Care.
