i could give quantifiable/qualifiable evidence that Angela is fantastic at their job, but here's my review instead — pros: nice, smart, wants to be better, has some good food metaphors, fun and memorable catchphrases. cons: does not like words with friends, could use more food metaphors. 10/10.
