Angelica Keech, WHNP-BC

Hello! I used to be a patient at WWC. Unfortunately, I will not be going back and I encourage everyone to do the same. When you call, the line is constantly busy. Service is slow. The front staff is not knowledgeable on anything besides when it’s time to go home. Unfortunately, I had Angelica as my care provider and while nice (and a bit eccentric) ,I at least felt like she would turn my experience around. Wrong. I had positive test results from my pap. I found that out my actively searching labcorp’s site. She never reached out to me, making me assume everything was ok. I tried desperately to contact her to not only get a break down of the results but to figure out why no one reached out to me. It took her TWO WEEKS to even be bothered to contacting me. By then I reached out to another provider and got results and clarity in 3 days. I’m not sure why she was so incompetent. Maybe it’s because I’m young. Maybe because I’m black but I don’t advise anyone to go to her for any issues.
