The provider made sure that I understood the reasoning behind our plan of action. They listened to my concerns and addressed them appropriately. They also explained a timeline for when I should expect to see specific milestones, and overall did a great job at informing me about my treatment plan. They also made sure I understood what actions would be dangerous and cause further damage so I can be cautious to avoid such situations.
