I could not in sound mind recommend this provider, the massages were of decent quality however there were multiple issues in/post appointments. 1. Lack of professionalism On numerous account's Aniko discussed other patient's cases and while names were left out, it was not appropriate to divulge aliments and insurance issues regarding other clients. While this was not a breach of PII (Personally Identifiable Information), it's an unsettling feeling knowing that some of my information may be shared with others. 2. Lack of tact After the first couple of appointments Aniko began to ask when payments would arrive even though the original agreement was that anything outstanding that in which was not paid out from my Personal injury protection, she would receive once the accident had been settled and closed out. Shortly after PIP had been exhausted, Aniko began pushing on the topic of payments at, and during every appointment.
