Our expierence with this provider has been a complete disaster . When we came in the ceiling was leaking my daughter almost slipped . We came to texas to continue our healthy successful journey hoping to have a friendly doctor who is open to listen to our concerns answer questions in regards to vacince illness and etc. each encounter was unpleasant with dr Anita. It was made very clear the equipment is expensive so my 1 year daughter should keep hands to herself and our insurance does not pay enough to cover her expenses instead of wanting to take my time in responding to her concerns about funding . im beggin for suggestions for development execerices, sign language (she told me to quit teaching unless she had a condition , just insane !) & I asked assistance to quit nursing the doctors referencing me to do her family practices from India which I can't even find on internet. I was not satisfied and asked questions which this doctor does not work with you . My last visit I was rushed out because she was late for an appointment and couldn't stay longer instead of rescheduling she took the money and disappeared telling me my daughter was clear . The nurse and her were not on the same page becasue they told me I was missing a few shots. This office needs to be reported I do not see how it's been ran smoothly. Now we are stuck, leaving comments and raising awareness should help us get help but some can't change dr. As easily as others , this system is just not fair & it's heart breaking .
