What can I say about Anita Parr? She is my therapist and is always there if I need her help. She is both experienced and knowledgeable. She has given me several techniques that have helped me to calm my anxiety. She has worked tirelessly through the pandemic to help people with their anxiety and depression. I really appreciate her. She is a blessing.

Difficult to work with, reached out to members of my family whom she did not have releases for and spoke about my treatment. She also recommended an IOP program that she thought was six days a week for six hours a day, for this I was unwilling, however it was only three days a week for three hours a day. I saw her for over a year and enjoyed her one on one but if things did not go her way she would become irate.

She saved my life by her commitment to help me; she is a wonderful listener and offers insightful feedback. She is experienced in a variety of strategies and techniques and what helped me the most was psychodrama in group therapy. She believed in me and now I believe in myself.
